Getting back in the saddle

It has been years since I blogged. A whole bunch of stuff has happened. I lost friends and family members. Some died. As we all face another Holiday season I feel a strange but welcome expectancy. I look forward with almost, a child's impatience. WE have made it through "Passages" and now

Well The trip went without a hitch.

We drug the boat up dirt roads and down interstate highways. We visited a coupe of lakes in the area. Found that because of the shallow draft we were able to get to the base of inlet streams.

Hi folks
Just a bit of an update. Rae and I are headed for the hills. Mt Lassen in particular. Burney falls that area . The seamstress of the family finishes off the canvas cover for the trip . The trailer is still a bit if'y but we still have 3 weeks before we leave . I have never pulled a trailer on such a long hiway trip. Tell ya how it goes
